Cattle Slaughtering Line
Jianhua is committed to designing and manufacturing slaughtering lines for cattle. The capacity of our single cattle slaughtering line can up to 60-100 heads per hour. We can design the cattle slaughtering line to meet the requirements of rites and beliefs meanwhile conform to food hygiene regulations.
Synchronous Quarantine
We provide a specially designed conveyor system for offal conveying and veterinary inspection. The equipment is highly automated and can be combined with a carcass suspension conveyor and white offal suspension conveyor.

- Automated and can be used in combination with the carcass suspension conveyor to ensure the offal and carcass is transported in tandem.
- Paunch collection and processing machines use an independent tray to convey the white offal so as to avoid cross-contamination.
- This equipment for slaughterhouses has a spray disinfection device which will clean and disinfect the trays with 82℃ water after each conveying.
- Electromagnetic brake motor makes this slaughter line processing equipment run smoothly and reliably.
