Manufacturing of Equipment

In Jianhua, we have stainless steel processing workshop, casting workshop, electrical workshop and machining workshop to implement production of all equipment and parts used in slaughter line independently.

Furthermore, with our high precision processing equipment including CNC machining center and gantry milling machine, processing accuracy can be highly guaranteed.

Installation

Our experienced installation team composed of over 70 staff, among which 20 skilled personnel has more than 20 years of installation experience. Once equipment arriving, our staff will accomplish installation on site. Installation period usually takes around 20-60 days.

During installation period, you may designate 3 of your staff to participate in the installation to learn the entire installation process, so that they can implement electrical operation and daily maintenance of the production line in the future independently. Besides, we can also assign our technical staff to provide on-site training service if you have specific requirement of slaughter line operation.

After-sales Service

We will supply quick-wear parts with a certain amount can be used for 1 to 2 years for you to replace those in your custom slaughter line. After delivery, our after-sales service staff will regularly visit customers and send E-mails to track the operation status of equipment. If any quality problem is found, they will timely response your request with an hour. For those problems can not be solved online, our technical staff will bring to you corresponding solution to solve the problem on site within one week, the trip distance determines when our staff will arrive your plant site.
