Pig Slaughtering Line in Quality Grading and Traceability

BeiJing Er Shang Dahongmen Co. Ltd. planned on establishing a new pig slaughter line in Pucheng, Shaanxi province. The required capacity of the line is 4000 heads per day. The aging room would need to be unmanned and the slaughter line needed to be equipped with a carcass grading system and complete traceability system.

Jianhua designed the pig slaughter line to meet the capacity and included a complete traceability system. The pig slaughter line would realize automatic pork aging and grading. This not only minimizes labor costs, but also reduces the amount of human contact with the pork, avoiding the risk of cross-contamination and enhancing pork quality.

Dahongmen was very satisfied with our pig slaughter line design. In 2017, Kangzhe Yu, the deputy Minister of Department of Agriculture of China, and members of a training seminar visited this pig slaughter line.
