V-Express Handler

The V-express handler is typically designed for restraining and transferring live sheep in order to enter the stunning area smoothly. It can be perfectly paired with corridors, and the easy operation allows for use in medium or large-scale slaughterhouses.

Features

Using two conveyor belts to form a V shape, live sheep are lifted from the ground and carried to an optimal conveying height. This immobilizes sheep and protects them from injury as their feet are off the ground. This also ensures a smooth transfer.
During conveying, stunning is implemented simultaneously to enhance a higher productivity, while keeping operators safe. This ensures little to no suffering for the sheep during transportation.
Drive belts are nylon conveyor belts that are easy to clean and maintain. The infeed and outfeed widths are adjustable.
Using a variable frequency drive motor, the conveyor speed is adjustable depending on the productivity for the shift and operator proficiency. This V-express handler is adaptable to the actual needs of different slaughter lines.
