Pre-dehiding lines are used to process sheep after bleeding. They are used in conjunction with the overhead rail system to complete a series of processes, including pre-dehiding, sheep head removal, hide pulling, and foreleg cutting.

During the operation process, the two forelegs are hooked onto the hide puller while the hind legs are hooked to the bleeding conveyor. These two conveyors run simultaneously at the same speeds. Conveying sheep carcasses in such a balanced manner prevents wool from clinging to the carcass.

The tensioning device is adjustable using airbags. The conveyor chain is automatically adjusted to the proper state to ensure a reliable conveyance. The conveyor speed is also adjustable according to the production scale.
