Dehairing

The continuous hair removal machine is used for depilation processes in poultry processing and production. This equipment uses a mechanical transmission and relies on movement between the poultry body and a rubber rod for feather removal. Jianhua’s poultry hair removal machine features an A-shaped structure, with a hair removal box on each side. The height, width, and angle of the workbox can be adjusted according to different needs, and adjustment is extremely easy once the hair removal machine is opened. After cleaning, the original adjustment state will not be affected when it returns to the original position. All parts that come into contact with the poultry are made of stainless steel to ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
