Bleeding Conveyor
Blood is one of the most important by-products in pig slaughtering and collection of it ensures the slaughter line remains clean and hygienic.
Horizontal bleeding conveyors can connect to stunning equipment for an efficient blood collection, thus ensuring an excellent versatility and stable operation. For a bleeding time of about 3-5 minutes during the conveying process, most blood from a pig carcass will flow into the stainless-steel blood collection tank for further utilization.

- The horizontal bleeding conveyor is made of 304 stainless steel. It is hygienic, easy to clean, and features an excellent corrosion resistance.
- Blood and excrement are collected in an individual collection tank to avoid blood contamination.
