The stunning and bleeding phase should take animal welfare, operational efficiency and pork quality into consideration. We offer high quality and efficient pig slaughtering solutions that focus on stunning pigs into unconsciousness without pain, then transporting and bleeding them in a humane process that does not sacrifice meat quality.

• We use electric stunning, a method that has been recognized as the most effective and humane method for mass pork production.
• We apply a low voltage and high frequency current to the live pig, ensuring an instantaneous loss of consciousness to reduce pain and avoid any struggling.
• The stunning equipment current is adjustable to meet the needs for pigs in different breeds and ages.
• The stunning operation is designed to be simple, quick, and safe. It reduces the labor intensity.

• Our highly automated conveyor systems don’t need manual intervention, thus improving efficiency of the full production line.
• The conveyor equipment and conveyor tools are made of sanitary stainless- steel material.
• The pig carcasses do not come into contact with each other during the conveying process, thus avoiding the risk of cross-contamination.
• The conveyor platform will be automatically and repeatedly cleaned using 82℃ hot water to ensure its sanitation.

• We provide horizontal bleeding conveyors made of stainless-steel to collect blood during the conveying process. This ensures blood collection is synchronous and hygienic.
• Attaching a knife with a suction device is an excellent optional tool for a thorough blood collection. The knife is connected to a sealed vessel via hose to ensure the blood collection process will not be contaminated by the environment and ensures blood quality meets strict food safety hygiene requirements.
